Our work starts where your suppliers' work ends: receiving cargo in Shenzhen, preparing it for export and arranging the international freight. We do not buy goods on your behalf, negotiate supplier pricing or terms, manage production, or carry out product inspection.

Supplier consolidation means several of your Chinese suppliers send their cartons to one warehouse in China instead of each booking their own international shipment. The cargo is received, held, combined and re-measured, then sent abroad as one shipment. You keep the suppliers you already have and deal with one freight arrangement instead of several.
Yes. Where pickup is needed, we coordinate collection from your suppliers in China and bring the cartons into our Shenzhen warehouse. Suppliers can also deliver their cartons to us directly, which is often faster for them. Either way each delivery is received, counted against the packing list and recorded before the cargo is consolidated.
Yes. Your suppliers can send their cartons to our Shenzhen warehouse, where we receive and record each delivery and hold the cargo until the agreed consolidation stage. We can then combine the shipments, arrange repacking or labeling where required, re-measure the final cargo and arrange international freight. You do not need to change suppliers to use our warehouse.
Yes. Damaged outer cartons can be replaced and re-packed before export, and shipping marks, carton labels or FBA labels can be applied where you supply the label files. Palletizing and pallet reinforcement are available on request where the cargo dimensions, weight, destination requirements and warehouse conditions suit it. Not all cargo is suitable for palletizing. Yes. Your suppliers can send cartons directly to our Shenzhen warehouse. We receive and record each delivery, hold the cargo while other supplier orders are still arriving, and consolidate the goods before international freight is arranged. If pickup is needed, we can also coordinate collection from suppliers in China.
Yes. Once the cargo has been consolidated and measured, the shipment is booked on the actual figures in whichever mode suits your deadline and budget. Sea freight is the usual choice for larger consolidated volumes, air freight for urgent cargo, and DDP door-to-door where you would rather have duty and VAT settled as part of the freight arrangement rather than separately.
Before export the cargo is combined, prepared and re-measured: the final carton count, volume and weight are confirmed, damaged cartons are re-packed and labels are applied where required. The shipment is then booked on the actual figures — by sea freight, by air freight, or as DDP door-to-door with duties paid — as one international shipment from China to your destination.

Palletizing and pallet reinforcement are available on request. Suitability is confirmed for each shipment against cargo dimensions, weight, destination-country requirements and actual warehouse conditions. Not all cargo is suitable for palletizing.

Sourcing support is available when you need it, but we do not operate as a sourcing agent, testing house, certification body or customs broker at destination. We check cartons, not products. We coordinate customs clearance; we are not a licensed customs broker at destination.

Consolidation does not guarantee a lower total cost. Whether it costs less than separate shipments depends on volume, weight, storage, handling, the shipping method and destination charges.
