1. Who we are

This website is operated by Shenzhen Yuntuo International Logistics Co., Ltd. ("Yuntuo", "we", "us"). We provide sea freight, air freight, DDP door-to-door and warehousing services for cargo moving from China to destinations including the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union and the Middle East. Our website is available at cnyuntuo.com.

This policy explains what personal data we handle when you use the site, request a quote, track a shipment or contact us, and the choices you have. It applies to cnyuntuo.com only; it does not cover third-party sites we link to.

2. What data we collect

We collect only the data needed to respond to your request and operate the site.

Quote leads

When you submit the quote form we collect:

• Destination (country / ZIP code you provide)
• Cargo description (what you are shipping)
• Weight / volume (if provided)
• Ready date (if provided)
• Contact — an email address or WhatsApp contact you supply
• Additional details (supplier city, dimensions, carton count, special requirements)
• Technical metadata — the page you submitted from, the referring page, and any utm_source / utm_medium / utm_campaign / utm_content values present in the URL
• Server metadata — your IP address and user-agent string, used for spam protection and security

Contact information

If you use the contact form or email us directly, we collect the name, email address and message you provide.

WhatsApp messages

When you message us through the WhatsApp button or voluntarily provide your WhatsApp number through our quote form, contact form, or Meta Lead Ads, we may use WhatsApp to:

• Respond to your freight inquiry
• Send you shipping quotations
• Follow up on logistics services you have requested
• Provide customer service related to your shipment

Your message — including any details you share — is processed by WhatsApp (Meta) and received by our team. WhatsApp communications are governed by Meta's Privacy Policy in addition to this one.

We do not use your WhatsApp contact for unsolicited marketing messages. Any marketing communications will only be sent with your explicit consent and in accordance with applicable laws.

Shipment & tracking data

If you use the tracking tool, the tracking number you enter is sent directly, in your browser, to our tracking provider 17TRACK's service (see Section 4) to retrieve carrier status. The lookup runs inside an embedded 17TRACK widget and stays on this site — it does not require an account with us and we do not store the number after the lookup. We do not ask for, and you should not submit, full addresses, ID numbers or financial details through the tracking form.

Analytics & technical data

We use privacy-conscious analytics to understand site usage. This may include pages viewed, approximate region derived from IP, device type, referral source, and interactions such as quote-form starts, submissions and tracking searches. See Section 9.

3. How we use your data

• To prepare and send freight quotations and respond to your enquiries.
• To arrange, where applicable, pickup, consolidation, customs clearance and delivery.
• To look up shipment status you request via the tracking tool.
• To detect and block spam, abuse and invalid submissions (using IP, user-agent and form behaviour).
• To improve the website and our services through aggregated, non-identifying analytics.
• To comply with legal and customs obligations where required.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

For visitors from the EU/EEA and other jurisdictions that require a legal basis for processing, we process personal data on the following grounds:

• Consent — Where you have given explicit consent to receive marketing communications or to the use of analytics cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.
• Performance of a contract / steps prior to entering into a contract — When you submit a quote request or contact us about shipping services, we process your data to respond to your request and, if you proceed, to perform the requested logistics services.
• Legitimate interests — We may process data for fraud prevention, security, network analytics, and to improve our services, where these interests are not overridden by your data protection rights.
• Legal obligations — We may retain or disclose data where required by law, court order, or government regulation (e.g., customs documentation).

If you are located in the EU/EEA and believe we are processing your data without a valid legal basis, you may contact us or lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.

5. Meta Lead Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

When you submit a logistics inquiry through Facebook Lead Ads, Instagram Lead Ads, or Meta Instant Forms (such as a quick inquiry card shown on our social media ads), the information you provide is sent to us.

What data we receive from Meta Lead Ads

Depending on the form fields you complete, we may receive:

• Full name
• Company name
• Business email
• Phone number
• WhatsApp number (if you provide one)
• Cargo / product information
• Shipment volume
• Origin / destination
• Shipping method (sea freight, air freight, etc.)
• Shipping schedule / requirements

How we use this data

The data we receive from Meta Lead Ads is used solely for:

• Responding to your shipping inquiry
• Preparing freight quotations
• Following up on the logistics service you requested
• Customer service related to your inquiry

We do not use this data for unrelated marketing campaigns unless you separately consent to receive marketing communications from us.

Note: Meta processes the data you submit through its platforms according to Meta's own Privacy Policy. We recommend reviewing Meta's privacy terms to understand how they handle your data on their side.

6. Third-party services

We share the minimum data necessary with vetted service providers:

Tracking feature (17TRACK). When you use the track-shipment tool on this site, your tracking number is submitted directly from your browser to 17TRACK (17TRACK.net), a third-party tracking service, through its official embedded widget. The result is displayed in the page and the lookup does not leave cnyuntuo.com. The widget may set its own cookies or local storage and is governed by 17TRACK's privacy policy. We do not receive or store your tracking number from this tool, and we do not use an API key on the public page. If you prefer not to use the embedded widget, you can send us the number on WhatsApp and we will check it for you.

Each provider processes data under its own terms. We recommend reviewing their policies where you interact with them directly.

7. International transfers

Yuntuo is based in Shenzhen, China. Personal data you submit may be processed and stored in China and with the service providers above, which may be located in other jurisdictions. Where we serve customers in the EU/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as contractual clauses with processors) and limit processing to what is necessary to fulfil your request.

8. How long we keep it

• Quote leads & contact enquiries: retained for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted or archived unless a shipment or legal obligation requires longer.
• Tracking numbers: not retained beyond the lookup needed to display your result; we do not build a long-term tracking history from the public tool.
• Server logs & analytics: kept for a limited period for security and diagnostics.

9. Data security

We use practical measures to protect your data: encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls on lead data stored outside the public web directory, spam and rate-limit protections on submission forms, and least-privilege server configuration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect the data you entrust to us.

10. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (for example the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar data protection laws), you may have the following rights:

• Right of Access — You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right of Rectification — You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Right of Erasure — You may request deletion of your personal data, where applicable (e.g., where processing is based on consent or no longer necessary).
• Right of Restriction — You may request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances.
• Right to Object — You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing.
• Right to Data Portability — Where processing is based on consent or contract, you may request your data in a machine-readable format.
• Right to Withdraw Consent — Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
• Right to Lodge a Complaint — You have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority (e.g., your local data protection authority in your EU/EEA member state).

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 13. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

11. Cookies & analytics

We use a small set of cookies and similar browser storage for two purposes:

• Essential — a CSRF token cookie (double-submit protection for the quote form) and the consent-choice key in your browser's localStorage. The CSRF cookie is required for the quote form to work and is set without consent.
• Analytics (optional, consent-gated) — Google Analytics 4 (GA4), loaded only after you click Accept Analytics on the consent banner that appears on your first visit. You can reject analytics entirely; the site is fully functional without analytics.

Analytics is implemented with Google Consent Mode v2. On every page load we publish a default-deny signal covering analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization. GA4 only receives data after you grant analytics_storage consent. Declining means Google receives no analytics data from this site. Your choice is remembered for 180 days in your browser's local storage and can be changed at any time by clearing your browser's site data for cnyuntuo.com.

We do not enable advertising features, remarketing, or customer-data sharing with Google. We never send personal data (name, email, WhatsApp contact details, tracking numbers, addresses, cargo descriptions, or full message contents) to Google Analytics — only aggregated page views and interaction events such as "quote form started" or "tracking search performed". See Section 2 for the full list of data the site may process.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use the site or request a quote.

12. Children's Privacy

This website and our international logistics services are designed for and directed to B2B customers — businesses, freight forwarders, importers, exporters, and other commercial entities. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children (as defined by applicable law, such as under-16 or under-13) for commercial purposes.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us immediately and we will take appropriate steps to remove such information.
