What to Settle Before Booking

First, the importer identifier. Norway is not in the EU EORI system. The mandatory identifier is the nine-digit Norwegian organisation number from the Brønnøysund Register Centre, and clearance cannot proceed without it. Confirm who holds one and who will be named as importer of record.
Second, VOEC for B2C consignments. Where goods valued at NOK 3,000 or less are sold directly to Norwegian consumers, the foreign seller must register for VOEC and collect 25% MVA at the point of sale.
